The following section is where free form comments are added and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS ***REMARKS*** Slalom course was surveyed the afternoon of May 13, 2003 by Slade Cole using a "Wild TC1010" total station ( instrument accuracy of 3 seconds) and Ed Brazil completing the computer entry and calculations. The slalom course was re-checked on May 31, 2003 and July 4, 2003. The 3 point method with all points located on the north shore line. The slalom course checked good. The slalom centerline video was with Trophy Lakes' video camera and transmition of video via under ground RG-6 wire to the central judges tower. The video signal was amplified and split to feed the VHS video recorder and a ReplayTV hard drive video recorder as a back up. The near slalom tower is 43 degrees with a video camera mounted approximate 5 meters above the lake and wire to the central judges tower. The video signal was split and recorded by VHS video recorder and a ReplayTV hard drive video recorder. The far side slalom tower is 43.5 degress with a video camera mounted approximates 5 meters above the lake with wireless transmition to the central judge tower and recorded similar to the near judging tower. (NOTE: ReplayTV comtinues to record video and allows the video to be replayed and reviewed to check if the skier scored a full buoy or made the entry gates without stopping the live recording of the video signal). Video gates were judged by two Judges located at the central judge tower. Weather was good with several wind gusts in the afternoons and no significant delays occured. Perfect Pass Xy 6.4 performed well and only a couple of missed times (sensor signal failure) resulted in rerides. Perfect Pass Timer was checked and found to be good at 55 KPH and 58 KPH. The switch rope and switch was measured and found to be 0.492 meters. Four skier have pending records performance as follows: World Record, Slalom, 58 KPH, 36 MPH OPEN MEN Jamie Beauchesne Loudon, NH 03307 Score 73 buoy, 1 @ 9.75 M, 58 KPH 32' off, 13.000 M, Actual = 13.048 M 35' off, 12.000 M, Actual = 12.048 M 38' off, 11.250 M, Actual = 11.300 M 39' off, 10.750 M, Actual = 10.792 M 41' off, 10.250 M, Actual = 10.283 M 43' off, 9.750 M, Actual = 9.775 M NOTE: Measured by Slade Cole, TC and Richard Lacey, TC.
